Mobile-service hours & booking terms

For Mobile Barber and Mobile Auto Spa appointments confirmed on or after October 19, 2026. Existing bookings keep the terms agreed when they were confirmed. Travel planning and merchandise orders receive their own written terms.

Service hours & replies

Appointments run Friday–Sunday, 9 AM–6 PM Central. Request a start time between 9 AM and 5 PM; the team confirms the time needed for your selected service. Same-day requests depend on availability.

We aim to reply within 24 hours. Requests received outside service hours may take longer. Sending a request or opening a messaging app does not reserve a time.

Where we come to you

Local driving is included for confirmed service addresses in St. Cloud, Waite Park, Sauk Rapids, and Sartell. Twin Cities appointments and other locations require a travel quote.

We confirm address coverage, any additional travel charge, and the full service total before asking for a deposit. There are no unapproved travel charges.

Your quote & deposit

Published prices are starting prices unless stated otherwise. Kids’ haircuts are $40 per child, with a $60 minimum total per house visit. The team confirms your service, address, date, final price, and any special requirements first.

After you approve the quote and these terms, a 50% deposit secures the agreed appointment and is credited toward the total. The remaining balance is due after service. Use only payment instructions provided by M&M after approval.

Reschedule with 24 hours’ notice

Contact us at least 24 hours before your confirmed start time to move the appointment once without a rescheduling fee. Your deposit transfers to a new available date agreed with the team.

A different service, address, or additional travel may change the quote; any difference is agreed before the new appointment. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable for customer cancellations, except for the refund situations below or where required by law.

Late cancellations & no-shows

If you cancel or request a change less than 24 hours before the confirmed start, or are unavailable at the agreed location and time, the deposit is retained for the reserved appointment. No additional cancellation charge is imposed.

Please contact us as early as possible if an emergency affects your booking. Any exception must be agreed with the team; a new appointment is subject to availability.

If M&M cancels or weather prevents service

If M&M cancels, or unsafe weather prevents us from carrying out your appointment, you may choose a new available date with the deposit transferred, or a refund of the deposit paid for the unperformed service. No rescheduling penalty applies.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported, with details confirmed by the team. These terms do not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

Heavy pet hair, excessive dirt, severe stains, machine polishing, and travel outside our service area require a separate quote. Any additional charges are confirmed before payment.
